had the beautiful opportunity to photograph a friend of mines, more like a sister, ive known her for 1/3rd of my life, maybe this is the reason why she was so compliant and such a good sport, along with her boyfriend....thank you.

I have seen two different photoshoots of maternity shoots outside near water or the beach or lake on rocks for some reason it brings out the whole picture better than indoors also I like to see all of a person usually laying or sitting in a position where you can see her belly like her laying down and him kissing her stomach... either way your pix are awesome! I do like the bubble gum pic lol

Thank you!....and i know what you mean, im still fairly new to photography...going on my second year of self-teaching and exploring....so im sure i have lots to learn, as far as outdoor shoots, ill try those when i feel more confident in my role as a director....it still is hard enough in the confinement of my home, let alone take these guys out to a public space and have her expose her belly... :o
but ill get there soon enough...lol

ohh and i have tons of pictures...ill upload some more later...lol

K-style, where did you get the blocks?
My wife and I are expecting our second one in May and I have been looking for those blocks. I like what you have done with them. I also saw where someone used the blocks to spell the name of the child laying on mommies belly.
I like what you have done here, very creative ideas... you have an eye. Personally I would like to see just a little more DOF in 1, much like you have in 2. I just think they are a little to blurred in the first set. Nice job, keep up the good work.

thank you Burntpixel!
the blocks are not that hard to find, at least here in NY....just visit your local Babys'R'us or if you have a baby store called buy buy baby...they have them in the toy section....but may i suggest you look for the p[astel color ones....those are ideal for these kind of shoots, being that pastels are softer...i do agree my DOF is a little too shallow on that first shot and my "S" is upside down...lmao....damn picture!...lol
