Was wondering if I can get suggestions on finding some workshops and/or classes in the South Bay, San Jose area. Figure there's always something to learn.

I think DeAnza College has a few courses. Also try looking in your local community center.

was wondering if you ever found the Canon digital camera classes ? Am looking for them as well in the same area.

You might want to check out UC Santa Cruz extension in Cupertino for workshops.
