Pretty in pink

My grand daughter Hailey. She if almost 5. This is her first time in ballet and I wanted to get some photos.Also first time with my new black paper backdrop. I had lots of ideas about posing but she was not cooperating so the poses are pretty standard I am afraid. But she is still pretty in pink!

I would burn your background so it's pure black. Other than that great shots.

I like the background, there is separation between it and your subject. A made the mistake of making the blacks in some of my pictures very dark and it made the person in the picture appear to be floating.

Yes, I was trying to avoid that floating look. I still need a couple more lights to do it right. I used my 580 on the background here.
