Ever since the system was down Monday, I can't get the forum to display on my iPhone. I get a "maintenance going on" window.

I've tried to reload, I even went to google, searched POTN and went back in via a google link.

Is anyone else having a similar problem or is it my phone?
Tom

Reset the iPhone and you should be ok. I guess that the iPhone/iPod/whatever is keeping a cache of the old IP address. I had the same thing on my iPod Touch.

yeap, that worked. Thanks.

However all my personal settings were lost. Is there a way to reset just web info (for the future)?

Hmm.. Just powering your iPhone off then back on again shouldn't reset your personal settings.

oops, my mistake. I guess it was easier than I thought.

After googleing "iphone reset" I followed a link instructions.
Something like (settings) (general) (reset)...then I had several options...I chose (reset all settings)

Ahhh.. I probably mis-led you.

All I meant was to turn the phone off and then on again. My apologies if you lost stuff.

no problem,
I didn't loose a thing, mostly I just have to rearrange my icons. Better yet, I'll let my kids arrange them = games first then camera, then text, then all the important stuff a few pages back.
