I am looking to buy a new or used Really Right Stuff MH-01 High Capacity Monopod Head. http://reallyrightstuff.com/rrs/items.asp?Cc=TripodsMono&iTpStatus=1&Tp=
I have no preference of either the screw knob, or the lever release. I will even go for the MH-01 without a QR Clamp attached (I have my own). I will pay through paypal.
