I have been thinking about Zenfolio to be site of choice for my portfolio. For those who have it, arre you happy with it. Also if you don't have it have you heard good or bad things about it. Thanks

I have it for client ordering. Photobiz for my portfolio. I love them both. Photobiz might've gotten/stolen all the business but their monthly fee is assessed based on the number of images you put up. 200 images is their base at $15/mo. So if you were to leave a few weddings up, it would get expensive real fast.
The thing that swayed me to Zen over the others was the coupons. I can create unique coupons for a customer, specific gallery, etc. Smugmug has said that this is coming soon for what seems like a couple years now.

I really dislike the generic sites like SmugMug. It just feels really cheap when im navigating it. I have hosting through Dreamhost at $120ish a year, unlimited everything. I use SimpleViewer for displaying images and when I sold directly from the site I used Gallery. Its not an easy task to do your first time, but once you get the hang of it, it is really simple and you can differentiate yourself from tons of other photogs in the cookie cutter sites. I still maintain a Flickr account also

You can take the photostream/slideshow from Zen and embed the code into an external site as well.
Zen could replace Flickr for me, but I also still use Flickr as my personal "play pictures" and backup for family photos.

I use ZenFolio. I like the way the images are presented plus the extensive list of services at a reasonable price.

Portfolio - build your own site to show it off - not one of the photo hosting sites where prints are the main concern IMHO.
