A Boat-tailed Grackle ?

I like these birds a lot. They walk like a penguin, sound like a helicopter when they fly and they are very smart. They are on the ground so much, it's hard to get any other pose from them. The females are brownish, the males very black with irridescent green and blue when struck by bright sun.

Good job. We have them all over here. It's really tough to get a good shot like yours since the light has to be just right and they don't stand still for long.
