Hi guys! I am in the process of building my web portfolio before I begin taking paid jobs, and I would like some feedback. I have a family shoot coming up this weekend, and I plan on scoping out the areas at the park prior to it. Any feedback on my current photos would be nice as these are open for public viewing for potential clients. I have a tough skin, so please be bluntly honest. No hurt feelings here, I want to learn from constructive criticism. All my photos are natural light only. I love advice!

Thanks!

Gorgeous shots and a beautiful little girl! Is she your daughter?
I'm not exactly a pro, though I did notice the angle on #2 is a bit off-putting. I would maybe leave that one out because there are plenty of other awesome shots on your portfolio.
My favourite is #1 though, she has such amazing eyes!
All in all, I like your shots! Good job :)

Thanks! Did you view the "Meghan" shoot
or "Claire" shoot? Since there are two girls on there, I need to know which one to go remove. :)

I looked at a couple of the girls portraits. Really nice work. And you really captured their age (freedom, innocence, playfulness...) with the shots. The shot of Meghan with the dog turning toward her is really timeless.... that is a shot that will remind her of who she was at age 8 and be forever with her. The Claire shots are also really cute.

Really like the last one of Claire (the B&W laying down)...her eyes are stunning in that one. Nice work!
