Installing actions - Help!

Stupid question, but no matter what I try and do, I cannot seem to install Midnight Sepia into either CS or CS2.

I have tried dragging the action into the 'Photoshop Actions' folder in both applications, but cannot seem to find the action once Photoshop has been opened. Manual doesn't really help, could someone please talk me through this in idiot mode?

When Photoshop is open, go to the actions palette. There is a little arrow top right, click on it and select load actions. Browse to where the action is saved, select it, click load and away you go. :D

Did you first unzip the folder? I belive the midnight actions are zipped when you download them. Try this: Open the folder where the action is saved, then open photoshop and just drag the file from the folder onto the actions pallete(under the history pallete) in photoshop.
