Ryan, where did you watch the show from? Some of your images look very close to mine. I shot from the Corporate "Observation Deck" tent.

That said, your photos look like the white balance is off a bit on many of them. And the colors seem a bit over saturated.

Take your Fat Albert shot for example. I have almost the same exact shot (well, yours has much nicer prop-blur), and when you compare the two, yours seems awfully blue...

Love the Sunset & moon shots! photos look like the white balance is off a bit on many of them. And the colors seem a bit over saturated. I agree with the density & over-saturation, but there's some leeway on the WB. Generally, reality isn't everything. Would we try to make a sunset neutral? The "Correct" WB may not be the "Right" WB for a image. Remember, you're the judge of your own image. We used to use gels to add "romance" to our car shots for ad agencies. My Fat Albert: Yours does look more natural, but you might rethink 1/000 sec for the prop jobs? Airshow guys - prop freeze? (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=229542)

Number 7 is the money shot for me. Great set of images with interestingly different approaches...

Very nice shots. Were these taken Saturday? I was there Friday and it was somewhat cloudy. Nice for a change and the fact that my mirror fell off made for a poor mood regardless of lighting.

I went on Saturday and was in the blanket seating west of the corporate tents.

I used my Expodisc to set my WB every hour or so. All my shots with auto WB ended up with a really grey sky.

What day did you go on? I went on sunday and it was really cold and overcast -_-. Looks like you had some good seats. Here are a few that i took. It was my first time taking pictures at an airshow.
