I see in dealextreme that cable (compatible to OC-E3) cost as much as
CTR-301P wireless trigger. how come?
Is one othem does not support ETTL? (i cannot obtain lowest power with manual power since it is only 1/64)
Thanks!

it's probably because it supports ETTL and the cactus does not.

is there a way to squizz 1/128 from 430ex2 in manual mode?
or am i bounded only to ETTL automatic mode?

I'm not sure about the 430EXII but with the 580EXII i can go as low as 1/128

Alternatively, stop down your aperture a stop (or decrease the ISO), you'll effectively be at 1/128.

iso will lower my background as well.
and if i stop down aperture , i need to decrease speed one notch , right? (to keep my background)

Move the flash back to twice the distance.
If you area on camera with flash then you can use an ND filter on the flash to reduce output as well.
