Hi
can anyone give some advise please. I am looking at taking some actionphotos of my niece who is ballet dancer, I hav use of dance studio to take photos. Natural light is not adequate, so will need artificial lighting. I would like to use continuous exposure mode to ensure I capture the best shots. Therefore if I hire studio flash set up, dont think recycle time will be quick enough, so thought fixed lights may be better option. can anyone help by advising waht set up would be best and waht kit I should be looking for, also any advise with camera settings would be great
thanks
