Really wasn't sure where to post this, but I use yahoo email and have had multiple issues of late with it and was looking for others that might use it for their photo business as I have some questions.
Thanks

Uploading to where? Email is for sending brief text messages to people. FTP is used for transferring/uploading files.

well.....I email a lot of pictures using my email. Mostly, I send in photos to two local papers after I shoot football games.
I've just noticed of late after switching to the new version of yahoo email that when they upload a batch of pictures, they automatically downsize them and I'm not sure why or how that affects the images delivered to the papers.
Perhaps 'attaching' is the more appropriate term vs. 'uploading'. ? ?

You can either zip up all the images into a zip file, and then attach the zip file to the email, or just rename each file so it doesn't have the .jpg extension (make sure you let the folks on the other end know to add the .jpg to the filename)
Sucks that Yahoo is doing this, but they should NOT be mangling a zip file or other file types.

As a person that recieves large files daily from photgraphers and graphic arts houses, I've found this is a better alternative to email and clumsy FTP for large file transfers.
