That looks really cool...almost 3d. What kind of post processing did you do?

Yes that does look cool and the drop shadow adds to the 3d effect. Mind sharing your settings, if done in photomatix

I agree, this is how I want my shots to look, but they always end up looking over processed and too... fake.

Hello mates, this is a shot (HDR) forked with three pictures using the Photomatix program, the PP is made with photoshop CS 4 .... do not really have a fixed route for treatment, always depends on the possibilities that may give the image, the processing in Photomatix is simple, nothing special, what matters is the PP in photoshop that is where you have to play around with the imagination to seek out the most. My tools to use are locally sobrexponer underexpose and parts of the image, (I think it is very important this tool). shadows and highlights, color balance, contrast, levels do not need to touch them as we have sufficient dynamic range in both shadows and highlights, but if we have to observe and manipulate the curves if you would. And .... no more, the rest will be what you want.
S.E.V. I have used the objective is an MS Peleng 3.5 / 8 (fish eye) may also saturate the colors.
The photo is made in Spain in a village in the province of Salamanca. (Western Spain). Here there are many villages almost deserted as it is a rather poor area.
The HDR treatments is something that fascinates me, so if you like them, we will continue reading.
Thanks for stopping by.;)

I sold my peleng 8mm for the simga 8mm, just sold the sigma 8mm for the sigma 10mm. I found the 8mm was a touch too wide and on the 1d3 it is almost full circle. I want less black on the edges of the shot.
