I guess these two shots could of been done differently. What would of you done.

Maybe not chop off the left of the road and try to time it so that you don't get any buses or trucks going past (no high light trails)? Nice effect though, I prefer the first one.

I agree with not having buses or trucks go by, but the left lane was so empty in the other pictures i had taken. Someone else was taking pics to the left of the wall, might go back some other time to re do them. Do you think the lense flare recks or adds to the picture?? i'm not a fan personly.

I agree, I like the first one better. To answer your question the lens flare detracts in the second pic because it is so prominent, seems to work ok in the first, nice job.........Joe

Use a lens hood and stick to sports photos

Its a neat effect and can only echo the 'no busess/trucks' comments. I attempted this on my film SLR and had lots of bad shots, these are better than mine so when I get a DSLR this is something I want to master.
