If you are some computer literate, you can download the free open source here. Looks like a pretty cool blog and easy set up.

Yes. Both systems are free and open source. but most photographers dose not have computer and web skills. Or some of that dose not have free time to setup a website. I can do that for them with cheap price. ;)
