i think i may have gone a wee tad too far, there is a spot in her forehead that looks blown out but according to the info chart in ps, it is showing up w/ color to it, not at 0's - but im sure i can burn it a bit yet.

I like it alot and her expression seems relaxed almost like a candid. :)

Only suggestions to improve it further is it'd be cool if she had a plain colored shirt on (such as red) to be less distracting, but hey, I realize it's hard to be in control of everything. ;)

Also it'd be good if the horizon would be level unless this is the effect you wanted, but other than that good shot and I like the rolling "field" in the background.

The grass is REALLY green!

I'd say to get her out of the direct light...the shadows are too pronounced. The flash can't overcome the darkness in her eye sockets.
The shade also make the photo less contrasty.
Just my opinion.

This picture has lots of potential.
Like sugar_babygirli said, she looks very relaxed, and natural in front of the camera.
She has a beautiful smile here too. But, I also find the horizon a little distracting and would have preferred it horizontal, or maybe even out of the picture if you could get high enough.
Her skin looks to be slightly overexposed, I think. If you could tone it down a little, and add a little more colour, you would have an awesome shot imho.
