God how I wish the "LIGHT" competition wasn't finished.

I printed this out but It looks so much better on the monitor, any suggestions to post processing with this, I did the extra sharpening and brightness /contrast/ intensity. but it still seems flat.

Do you guys have any idea of what this actually is?
