Nice shot! I just love owls! Hey can I ask, what do you think of the TC_DC58A Tele-converter? Im saving my butt off for one, but they are $460 here in Oz! Are you happy with yours? Or am I wasting my money?

I really enjoy attempting wildlife photography with the Pro1. It is really a challenge without a true DSLR and the lenses which are available for them. That being said, I am very happy with the image quality of the Pro1 under ideal conditions and using the Tele-converter gives me that much more reach.
It allows you to go from the 200mm max of the Pro1, out to 300mm and the image quality is (again under the right conditions) excellent. It's available here in the States for about half of what you will need to shell out for it in Oz.:(
I am very happy with it.

BTW Sandi, you will also need to purchase the LA-DC58C lens adapter in order to attach the Tele-converter to the Pro1.

Beautiful shot! It might look even better if you made a selection of the eyes using the lasso tool and applying some USM to make them pop. You can make a selection around one eye, then hold down the shift key and make a selection around the other eye. Then use USM. Then from the Menu>Select>Deselect.

Scott, thanks for the tip, I will try that. It is new to me. BTW, speaking of his eyes. His left one had been lost due to malnutrition. I "replaced" it with the right one, using the cloning tool.

Good Job! I wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't said so.
