Buy the book "Pricing Photography" off Amazon. It's a few years out of date, but still valid and useful.
Generally speaking, prints for display in a commercial space sell for about twice what they do for display in a private residence. Beyond that, it depends on the size, how many they are buying and if you give a discount for mulitple purchases, etc.
No contract is needed. Just mark them on the back with a copyright notice.
Oh, and if people are recognizeable in any of the images, you might need a signed model release.

Thanks for the tips, no discount given, a total of 17 photos, five 17x22, eight 11x14 and four 10x8s .

Holllly crap that's a huge order...
Up to you how much you think you want to profit from, what you need is a printer
Try this one
www.mpix.com
Get them to make up the prints, then charge a markup on top of what it cost you to develop them.
For me it costs 20$ to develop 1 17x22", 8.50$ to develop an 11x14 and 8.5x11" is 5$.
Generally I markup by 1000% so the 17x22 goes for 200, the 11x14 for 100$ and the 8.5x11 goes for 50$.
My prices are pretty low, though, some photographers tend to charge 2000% for their markup..being a corporate buyer and a doctor's office you probably could get about 1000-2000%.
Of course depends on what the doc is willing to pay..give them a quote of what you think is fair or what you think you want to make (don't skimp; it's well all right to get your money's worth..)
From me that order would fetch about 2000-3000$.
