When: October 14, 2009 7:00 PM

Flash is fun; it's almost magic. Flash can make invisible things visible, or freeze amazingly brief events, like a balloon in mid-burst.
Flash can also be frustrating for the the way it tends to overexpose nearby persons and objects. Why does it give such an amateurish look to many of the photos done with flash? How can I use flash to avoid such mistakes?
What? You don't HAVE an external flash? And you don't know how to compare various flash units from one manufacturer, or from one manufacturer to another? LET'S FIX THAT!
We're going to talk about what the Guide Number means, how to use it, and how to use the various settings available on modern electronic flash units.
Join us for this FREE session. Bring flash if you got 'em.
