I am only 2 months into dslr photography so all feedback is welcome and appreciated. On the first two I can see the focus ended up on the dog's collar rather than the face.
On the bulldog, I know I could have used a different f stop to get his whole face in focus, but I just happened to get the shot as he turned towards me, and I actually don't mind the effect. Is it a no no?
