Wireless Trigger Supplier

Wanting to wireless trigger a 1D MkIII to 530EX. Do I need a receiver as well as transmitter?
Could somebody please give me a link to a far east supplier of a suitable unit? Those I have looked at have several units and I am confused.:confused:

Pocket Wizards are expensive but reliable, and most widely used.
Then comes Cybersyncs and Skyports that are reliable but not as popular.
