Brilliant shots, it's great to see so many great macros around, they all seem to be particularly good lately :-)

I like the second one best, the detail on the head is amazing.

Fantastic details of the ants (crematogaster I think)
I got pictures of these with my G3 :) :) and somebody in the forum
gave me the name.
I am impressed by the DOF for such magnification.

Really simply fantastic.. georgeous light, details.. Wonderfull.

I would have guessed a camponotus of some sort. (essigi,.. blandus?)

But on the other hand,. I guess the mid section is wrong for that... :confused:
