Here are two photos I did of my wife and our first baby. He was born in Oct. so I decided to make her belly a punk o'lantern!! Comments and advice are more than welcome, please.

Very Unique, but #1 is too tilted for my taste. #2 is my fav but is a bit too centered IMO.
