Decent shot?

As per grandparent's request, I'm trying to get a good shot of my son, who is a _very_ uncooperative model. Comments?

Image looks quite under exposed to me. I'm having trouble determining if it's in focus but I think that's the darkness. There is virtually no light getting to the eyes which would improve this dramatically. I like the composition with the landscape mode but you definitely need more light for my taste.

But the more I look at it the more I like it.
