Hey gang,
I bought a LensPEN and the cap didn't secure properly, and as a result the pad sort of dried up. I contacted them via their website and got a phone call to apologize, and they are of course sending a replacement.
I just figured I'd post to mention that they do take care of their customers, something I respect, especially these days when companies typically only care about the bottom line.
