Wife and I going on our 1 year anniversary. She really wants to see a moose. Any help? I know i've seen then along oxbow bend, but not sure if there are other/better areas?

I have seen moose several times along the back road from Wilson to Moose Junction. Also, around Two Ocean Lake is good. I've seen bears right around Jenny Lake. Take the boat ride across the lake, or hike around, then hike to Hidden Falls and beyond. On Mormon Row, there are always bison, and elk in the Elk preserve (duh!).

Oxbow bend for sure, ive seen coyotes, grizzly bears, black bears, moose, otters, elk all pretty much in that one spot. Dont forget to go to Swabacher landing either, great spot for sunrise.

Moose are all over the park. It reminds me of Glacier, but I think they have even more and they are easier to find/see. Just be up early and work areas with water like Oxbow. In the fall there are a couple key areas. Hang out at this spot and work your way up to Colter Bay via the outside road:

Mt. Moran , Hmmm. It seem's everyone has a different opinion. I guess it just depends on the season, and the weather.
