Buy a Tamron lens cap. I replaced all of my Canon lens caps with Tamrons and couldn't be happier. They work perfectly and are much easier to take off and put on. Especially if you have a lens hood on.

+1 for Tamron caps. My Canon caps all come out of the box and into a drawer. When ordering new lenses, I order Tamron caps to fit. They fit securely and are easy to remove/install with just a *pinch*. :)
