Adobe Actions

I am new to this forum and Photo Shop, I have PS6 and I just want to know where can I find an action that does everything.

Let's say I will choose the folder name and I want to have all the thumbnails, created for me.

Does anyone have somthing like this?

I checked the download page but the *.atn link is not there.

The example atn is in http://photography-on-the.net/ee/files/122_full_install.zip and in EE the FAQ has info on how to record your own one.
