Not my first, and certainly not my last game. C&C totally encouraged.

A couple of things off the bat. They all look underexposed to me. What mode did you shoot these in? M, Av, Tv? What metering mode did you use? I find that center-weighted average or evaluative work really good. They take the whole scene into context.
The other thing is an easy fix. The horizons look off in #1 & 2; especially #1. I know I sometimes forget to double check them.
Another suggestion: shoot tight and crop tighter. #1 has a lot of dead space, especially on the left and right edges of the image. You could crop out the ref's knee on the right and at least to the hand of the defender in the middle of the image. I might even crop off his arm to his elbow. Maybe...I would have to play with that. If anything is not directly contributing to the action in the image, crop it out. Some might even tell you that any OOF player in the foreground. In #3, I would be tempted to crop down only to the quarterback, but it does appear he is passing to the receiver cutting to the right. I think that gives it context; others may not.
You did a very nice job! Some simple things to fix.
