The first is a magpie, the photo was taken at an Eagle sanctuary but the magpie was free to roam..Here it is pinching some food meant for the Eagles!

I'm not 100% sure what sort of bird this is. A type of Ibis I think?

A Willy Wagtail..I love these little guys, they are gorgeous to watch.

Lovely shots, witchy.
The second is a Great White Egret (heron), the last are Oystercatchers :D

Thanks for that..I just googled both and they certainly look the same as you say. These were photographed in the south west of Western Australia. Does that make a difference?

Nice shots. The Oystercatchers are Pied Oystercatchers...and they look as if they are on a mission :-) !. Also agree witht the Egret ID.

Cool, thanks, I will have to get a book so I can try to ID them myself.

Witchy, I can definitely recommend getting yourself a decent bird guide book! Also you might want to update your profile so that we can see your location!
