I got the monitor up running now and all I can say is WOW!

But now I got myself a serious problem :shock: How am I going to convince my boss at work that I *need* a 21,3" monitor for my laptop instead of my 17" c*** I*M CRT monitor. The biggest problem is to justify why I should get a bigger monitor than my colleagues that in the past month got 19" monitor :rolleyes:


The monitor is big and almost wideformat. See here compared to my old monitor. Photo shot with my new 28 mm :D

I definately like it. I can also see a difference between the old monitor. The old monitor was a tad dark either because of age or because it was connected through a switch box. This has I think resulted in unnecesary exposure adjustments on my processed photos. I can see that some of the photos are a tad too bright. This was actually one of the reasons I ordered a new monitor.

It was a bit expensive but I figured that I could save some money and buy a 19" which would not give me a higher resolution or I could go for a 21" and get a higher resolution. I obviously choose the last ;-)
