DEAR FELLOW MEMBERS:

Last year I "appear" to have posted over 1000 items.

- Some items were my own images.
- Others posts were responses and critiques to yours.

Overall I have developed my knowledge, skills, and interest in many , many areas. If you keep up your great posts (and that does not seem to be an issue!), I will keep up with my "great" responses.

HOWIE -- Ottawa, Canada

PS: And thank you Pekka for paying all the bills!

Actually, when I reflected on this large number, the last thing on my mind was a "milestone" or "big number". What I was thinking about was this forum and Pekka's generosity. I realized that the forum is a framework and what "we all" make of it. I guess that I really wanted to ask YOU -- fellow member, is :

- What are your unfilled forum expectations ?

- Do you have a vision for the forum's future ?

Congrats Howie! Personally I'm happy with the way things are, since I usually only have time to browse and post during my lunch hour at work. I've enjoyed the quality of photos and words from you over the past year. Keep up the good work!

It would be nice if more people posted photographs.

Otherwise, your points are well made.
