Me and my girlfriend are nearly done the first month of P90X (which you've probably heard of). Man oh man, it is intense! It friggin' works, too! Anyways, we're going to do a photoshoot after we're finished a'la Tony Horton style. Here's a link to a photo:

What sort of a setup would yield results like these? Any help would be greatly appreciated guys and gals. Thanks!

Looks like one light, almost directly over the model. On a black background ofcoarse.

don't forget your before and after photos. remember not to smile at all on the before photos.;)

yeah, the light also looks pretty far because there isn't too much wrap. Gives those nice dramatic shadows.
