What shutter speed did you use and how are the buildings like not completely overexposed? :S

^^probably a small aperture for a ~2 second exposure

What shutter speed did you use and how are the buildings like not completely overexposed? :S

the shutter speed is 1.6sec, f16 and iso100.

At the time, the sun has just set and there isn't too much dynamic range.
