I have been using a Canon S30 camera and a Canon S820 printer for a few years now with great results. Recently I have a problem when I print and can't seem to find where my problem originates from.
PROBLEM: All my prints regardless of size or settings have a thin light line (roughly 2mm) near the bottom of the print. It is not visible on the camera or on the monitor. I have used Zoombrowser, Breezebrowser and Qimage for printing and they all exhibit this light line through the bottom of the print. I have cleaned the heads, replaced the cartridges and it still is present...I am extremely puzzled at this point. Any help or ideas would be appreciated!
