A couple weekends ago I met up with a fellow photographer friend and we spent the day driving around LA taking photos. We hit all the popular spots like The Getty Center and the Griffith Observatory, but also some places off the beaten path like the abandoned Linda Vista Hospital and Evergreen Cemetery. Here are some of my favorites:
1.) This place has been closed since 1990, but it's available as a filming location for movies and TV shows. An episode of Dexter has been filmed here recently, as well as movies like Pearl Harbor. I wasn't able to get inside, unfortunately.

2.) Evergreen Cemetery, which is very old and very large. This was a total accident shot that I ended up really liking...
