Just wondering would you prefer to shot manual or switch to sport mode when shooting in a concert or any sport events.

manual. i don't understand why you would shoot sports mode in a concert as there's not a whole lot of movement (i guess that depends on the show though).

I believe Sports mode defaults to ISO 3200, the only way you can get beyond 1600
