When I shoot video on my camera the video is saved to the card 2 different ways. When I open the file on the memory card the video is saved as a quick time movie and a THM file. My computer does not recognize the THM file.
My qeustion is: can the camera save the video as a WMV file? OR Is there a program out there, I should say a FREE program out there, that can change the quick time file into a WMV that we can manipulate with a windows based program easily?
thanks in advance.

The THM file is used by the camera, and by Canon's software, to provide a thumbnail oof the video.
