I found these while organizing some files today...

Just snapshots, while I was playing with a friend's 135. I forgot how much I love that lens.. maybe it needs to get back on my wish list...

Anyway, the BG separation is so beautiful.. CC welcome as always and thanks for looking. :)

I thought you got your camera back today? Go take some new shots :)

Unfortunately for me returning to the forum has made me start to shop around for new gear again. This one is on the top of my list.

Kristy, really great shots! I appreciate your attention to detail in composing these shots. The 135L is such a special lens. I admit that it doesn't get used as much as my other lenses, but I just cannot part with it. And another great thing is that it's such an inconspicuous lens, that I can walk around with it and not stick out like a sore thumb! And the bokeh...smoooooth!

I'm afraid..... The box is on the counter waiting for me... lol...

I have some work I'm doing.. but I always get sidetracked.. besides all fo my "models" are napping at the moment... lol..

135 is phenemonal lens.. I think I need it more than the 70-200, but I love the zooming without my feet factor sometimes.. haha.

Hey do you still have your 20D? I sent you a note about the Canon Loyalty program a while back.... did you get it?

Thanks Tim. :) I appreciate the kind words very much. I loved using the lens, although a little long for day to day... ;) I have the 85, but usually always use my 24-70.

yep. those are a perfect use of the 135, I'd say. And way to get DOWN on their level. Good work, beautiful color and tack sharp focus at the right apeture.

Maybe your FedEx guy shakes your packages up before dropping them off? It can't be luck of the draw. You have too many problems.

I keep my 20d in the jeep now all the time so I have something with me if I decide to take pictures while driving around. The focus is out of calibration but at f/8 and beyond I don't really have problems with it.

You can trade it up for a newer model since it doesn't work properly.. I think it costs under $300... there's a thread, let me find it for you. I can PM ya if you're interested. Let me know.

And for the FedEx guy..... **sigh** he hardly ever comes.. but the man in BROWN.... yowza... (ha ha). I hope they aren't shaking my packages....lol...

@snyderman...(nice name by the way.. ;)) Thank you for the nice comments.. I do like to get down at their level.. so lying on my tummy on the sidewalk.. it works.. lol.. :)

Thank you sir... ( a tad late..... it happens, computer crashes & dies... buy a new system... get behind on life in the process... blah..)

I love the angle of light in this one. I think it's a spectacular image. Thank you for sharing. :) Children are simply the most precious angels...
