I have been having some issues when I export video I have edited with premiere.
When I export the final composite I often have problems with audio sync or entire scenes going black or green.
Is there something I can do to improve the exported video success?
Of course, I am a still guy so try to keep any response on the simple side.

What footage do you have on your timeline? Video, pictures? Do you have any effects? What codec are you trying output and what are your sequence settings?

Thanks Terjay, I should have put that to start.
I have a few clips from my flip hd video cam that are 720p. I am editing them down in the source before inserting them. I have not unlinked the audio but have muted some clips. Their are no effects currently but I did try to desaturate all of the clips and the result was a jumbled mess.
I am trying to output as close to the original as possible.
1280x720 24 fps
440 kbps , 44 khz, 2 channel 24 bit VBR
Compressed VBR 2 pass
Result is a 10 second clip.
My computer is a Vista 64
Quad Core 2.34 ghz
4 gb ram.

My kid going up and down the slide, when he gets to the top you can see the audio is out of sync.
I have tried to create other projects and start learning Premiere but there is always something that does not end well. This is the best one I have made, the others had other problems previously mentioned.

What is your delivery (export) codec? Does the flip record in 24p? If your footage is 25, 29,97 or 30 fps and you are exporting it in 24p without doing a pull down it might do some weird stuff in the exported clip eg. the sound getting out of sync.
And the bitrate might not be so hot so the footage doesn't like if you try to color correct it too much. It will get glitchy and artifacty.

Sorry it took so long,
Thanks Terjay, I tried changing the FPS to 30, which is the frame rate of the Flip Video cam UltraHD
That was a drastic improvement. I haven't tried converting it to black and white yet.
Export codec is Windows Media Video 9, is there a better one to use?

nope, black and white screws it all up.

If you're making youtube videos the Quicktime with H.264 codec is fine.
