Hi all. I currently have a 5d Mark 2 with the 24-105mm lens. Can someone tell me if I can use the Lee Foundation Kit (for GND Filters) with the Singh Ray Vari-N-Duo? I can't seem to find this out. If anyone can help it's appreciated.

Sure, provided that you don't have the slim version of the Vari-N-Duo. Of course, it goes without saying that you'll probably get horrendous vignetting with that setup. You could forego the Lee holder and hand-hold the GND in front of the Vari filter...
FWIW, I had the standard Vari-N-Duo and sent it back to S-R to get retrofitted to a slim version. The standard Vari filter vignettes on a FF camera up to about 35mm; the slim version up to about 28mm.

According to what they say, there is a 77mm thread on the front of the Vari-N-Duo, so you would just need to add the Lee adapter ring, preferably the wide angle version in case the thickness of the Vari-N-Duo causes vignetting at 24mm once you have your Foundation Kit fitted.
I presume that the Vari-N-Duo thin ring mount would be without a front thread (so no good for you), and the standard ring mount would have the thread, but you would need to check into that in case I'm wrong.
You might get away with the standard Lee adapter ring, but it won't hurt to get the wide angle one to get your filter holder mounted further back towards the camera body, just in case of vignetting.
