Not sure what kind of photography you do, but I like outdoor photography. Wildlife and landscape namely. Since you have the 100-400, perhaps you do as well. If so, consider the Lowerpro Dryzone. I got one a while back and have used it a few times. Rafting in Alaska, hiking in Maine this week actually, etc.. just a great bag and it is 100% waterproof. A very rare type of camera bag. Not cheap at $200, but worth every dime. I got all my lenses and a 40d in mine easily. More than enough room for the 100-400 in the center (longest) space. Plenty of room for extra goodies and accesories. Many different compartments and such. Nice waist belt which is padded nicely. Sternum strap is nice. The tripod attaches to the back in a very clever and sturdy way. Great bag for the outdoors photographer. For tripod, look at the 055xprob legs from Manfrotto and the 488RC2 head. I have this set up and it works great with my gear (same as yours). The 190 series would work well too if you wanted to save some weight. I had the 190xb and it was pretty good, but the 055 is much sturdier and the xprob means the center column goes horizontal (in seconds) and this is useful for macro photography which I recently go into.

For about $200 more you can get these tripod legs in the carbon fiber versions.
