Hi Julia,

I order a lot of gear from StudioKitDirect for my studio. I've only ever had one problem and that was simply their suppliers misinforming SKD about delivery. Guess who that was ? Right on, Lastolite, well their UK distributors (who are well known at being poor with deliveries to suppliers).

If you are worried, drop them (SDK) an email, Peter there is one of the good guys of the mail order world. He will do everything in his power to sort it out for you I promise.
