Trying to get a handle on BW Conversion

As the title says, I'm trying to improve my BW conversions. I recently started using the SilverEfex plug in for LR. Any C&C on improvements with regards to BW conversion would be appreciated.

I like the Silver efeX plugins... :) One thing I like to push on my B&W images is the structure slider... I think it give a real depth and some grain to them which I kinda like.

After I run it, I do a few other things in PS to warm it up and such.

THis is a nice image.. you did well.. maybe a tad bit more contarst would be nice..? or just push the shadows a bit more...?
