Need help with website- willing to pay

I'm hoping I can find somebody who can help me embedding a j album (http://jalbum.net/) into my website. I am having difficulties making the album re-size depending on the size of the monitor it is being viewed on. You can click on the link in my signature to see what I am talking about. As the title says I would appreciate any help, and am more then willing to pay if somebody can help me out.

Most people are using a screen resolution of greater that 1024 x 768. The problem is that they may have widely varying browser window sizes.

I've done it before on my website. You'll need a good FTP and a way to organize your photos. My portfolio on my site was doing using jalbum.
