What is the best point of view for a sheep jump on the beam? Behind and below?

Aids in telling a story
HAS A CLEAN BACKGROUND
Shows a unique perspective

I would say perpendicular to the beam and with a clean background. I think standing would put you at a better angle for a leap on the beam also.

Perpendicular sounds like a good idea, but in my experience, put yourself at about 2 o'clock to the end of the beam so she'll be facing you when she initiates the jump. If you are too low, you'll see her legs and belly so you want to be standing, at least.

90 degree angle will give you a silhouette only and this really won't capture the dimension of the skill.
