Water-proof shell

I have a 350D/XT which I would like to get a waterproof shell for. Do any of these exist?

I would be carefull using that thing, it could be puntured. I wouldnt use it in the waves!

I have seen these in person and unless your attacked by sharks and he/she bites it, it isnt going to get punctured. Its reall thick and feels really durable.
