This is our newest addition to our family. He is an American Staffy, approx 6 months old, (we were originally told 4 months). His previous owners paid $1500 for him, with papers. He was locked outside, and given no attention, then they decided they dont have time for a pet. So now he is ours, and spent his first night with us in a warm snuggley bed. Man, can he eat!!!!!... His name is Zen.

Great looking dog. Hope the mis-treatment has no effect or will be overcome. My neighbors have two dogs they keep "penned" up with no attention and they tend to bark endlessly!

I really dont understand why people have pets and then treat them badly. Things are going good so far. He is a little docile, I guess thats from lack of attention/stimulation, but I have started the training straight away, and he is responding well so far. We have another dog, who is spoilt rotten, but well trained. So he will be treated the same..... their own beds with blankets, their own beanbags to watch T.V with the kids, and plently of good home cooked dog food & biscuits, and plenty of walks on the beach.

Beautiful shot of a beautiful dog. the detail is wonderful. I'm glad he has found a good caring home. I'm with you I can't for the life of me understand way some people treat pets the way they do especially when they pay that kind of money. My feeling is those people should be treated the same way.

I hope I come back as a dog to your house, with all that love and attention I am sure he will respond well. Good look with his training. Lovely photo of him, I am sure there will be many more :-)
